NFT-lovers don’t realise that the reason why the Mona Lisa has value is because it has, ya know, the touch and passion of an artist put into it. Random generation just isn’t the same thing.
  • NFT artists saying you can't screenshot their work as if they don't already download hentai from Twitter artists.
  • Jesus, that throwback old school Smosh music video just threw me into the deep end of a nostalgia pool.

imagine using a character generator from old SWF dress-up games to generate NFTs & then selling them

I am glad to say that I agree with you on this, Charlie.

i'm gonna screenshot an NFT, and sell it as an NFT
  • Actually commissioning art: Good. Buying a Google Drive link to a image of a funni monkey that looks like had been built off of one of those free online character builders on devianart for a house payment: Why?
  • I remember somebody took a whole bunch of NFT screenshots and made them into a mosaic of a hand right clicking a computer mouse. Now that’s something I can call art and would actually consider buying. Why? Because it was made with passion, respect, and most important, it has inherent meaning behind it.

If you wouldn’t steal a TV, then you surely wouldn’t screenshot an NFT.

It’s like I’m watching a Critkal video that was edited by Apandah, fuck yeah I love this video.

People with nft’s be like ‘there’s one copy, therefore it has the value of rarity’…. And that’s it………and that shit doesn’t work if the only copy is made and distributed on the internet, BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN FUCKIN SCREENSHOT IT. This shit got less value than runescape gold

If I had time, money and space I would not only screenshot every NFT I see but also print them and put them on a wall and make updates every week of how much the collection grew

For one thing the Mona Lisa actually exists and was made by an actual artist that knew what he was doing. NFTs are just cloned, ugly templates fueled by hype-beast mentality.
  • @your_son.
i joined a csgo surf server and this guy named “nfts are scams” was talking about how he makes money by “minting” nfts and that we’re all stupid for not buying one because of passive income or some shit
