This was the second to last race, my win here allowed me to take the lead in the overall competition, but with just 44 seconds down to Richard before the last race tomorrow.
The climb from the seashore up to the highest point on the map was extremely hot, most of us felt like we were grilled while climbing up the rocky hillside.
System setup:
GoPro 11 Black in Action (max field of view) mode
Garmin 735 Forerunner to record the track log
QuickRoute to edit/tweak the track log and determine control punching times
Avidemux to merge the GoPro video parts together, trim the end points and extract audio and video to separate files.
OrientView merges the video with the track log from QuickRoute and generates a silent video
Finally ffmpeg is used to merge the generated video with the original audio.

Pretty cool...or should I say warm...much nicer than Europe his time of year. I just want to know where the listing website is for international orienteering events especially on islands while it’s winter!!!
