    Peter Daou was released from his NDA and he refuted the claims by Politico. He did say that his mother in law was ill, but also at the time, stated that he was disillusioned with the democratic party. It seemed he was more inspired to work on the third party. He strikes me as someone who is more angry at the establishment, than genuinely wanting to build something better. The system burned him, and he wants to burn it back, but that's just my opinion.

    For what it's worth. In some states ballot access is achieved simply by paying for it In other states, like Vermont, you have to get signatures, which I just saw Carlos was asking for before one of her events in Vermont. Most of the deadlines are in October, and some are even in December. Jen might have spoken to thirty people, but she didn't publish all the info that was provided to her by staffers and volunteers. I saw one prominent staffer who complained on twitter, that Jen didn't publish what she wrote to her, which was a positive angle. I don't think Jen lied, I just think she published part of the truth, and I'm not sure what the complaint was exactly.
