As a retired armed security officer. This man is a dimeit. He does not know the laws. He can get himself sued, plus his company. If its a government or its owned by the city, its owned by the tax payers. This camera man should file a complaint and then get a lawyer and sue this tyrant. Does he know that filming is protected. This stupid guard is arguing with the cop. He hes to be arrested for rights violation. Also lets check to see if his armed license is up to date. And check if he has a unarmed license also. This guard needs to find a different job. Rules and policys are not laws. Send this video to the company he works for. I bet he would be Fired real quick

The problem with the guard is he listens to whoever is in charge of that building that said that nobody could film there without written permission. So whoever is in charge of that bill needs to be fired too because they're the reason this guard was misinformed on what his actual job is.

What is the name of the security company and where are they located? Maybe we need to let them look at the video and then maybe they can educate this ignorant employee.

This guard has been removed from duty, at least in regards to this location. But, obviously this person needs to understand how to deescalate and let proper authorities handle these situations if they are confused. At the end of the day, obverse, report, only action if an immediate safety issue.
