Item level 266. This is an exceptional build to go for. If you're a holy priest main, and you see Inversion Prism in Torghast, you take it. It's beautiful. I haven't seen more than 3 appear in a run though, so you'll only get 90% of your healing done as AoE damage. Still huge though.

(Also take Defiance of Death because insta-kill attacks suck.)
