She also went ahead with starting in-house manufacturing in her business. Harini says that while growing Earth Rhythm, angel investors often talk about her background if she has been an alumnus of IIT or IIM but even without any top-tier college degree Harini built a multi-crore business.

I have a son on the spectrum and i haven't worked in the last 8 years bcoz I felt he needs me the most and today when I got offered and decided to take up a job after nearly 10 years.... I'm 26 started business in 25 , I'm so grateful that I'm doing it for myself. Getting orders 1000+ in a month , n there is long way to go. It wasn't easy I'm still hustling.
