Lost in Blue 2 Graphical Glitch (Tilted?)

I don't know if the cartridge tilted,
the acquisition of the Carrot item,
or an exception occurred,
but the rainbow line lightshow reminds me of GBA responses.

This is something I have never seen a DS game do. I've seen it freeze like a DS game before.
