All of these cuts and problems are pointing to a company in crisses with extremely poor management whose attention isn't on its core business and is looking at something that is failing badly!! The Disney company isn't in the rebuilding phase, their in the collapsing phase!!

I bet the supplier of the malfunctioning fireworks has outstanding DEI ratios and a top-notch ESG rating.

The water features filled with plants it's not a good sign. It reminds me of the Dead malls. The first things that gets stopped are the water features. It's usually the first sign that the mall is in trouble and will eventually be shut down or sold

It's quite possible that Disneyland has had so many pyrotechnics screw ups that the effects have been red tagged by the fire marshall. OC fire authority is pretty strict. In any event, Fantasmic along with the parks, ib general are a symptom of Disney's cash shortage. Iger doesn't create a return on investment, he spends money that he didn't make. Disney has been phoning it in because they can't afford to do better. They just hope that too many people don't notice. Disney is still in financial trouble, tge stock is below $90, again and more layoffs are looming. It is likely that the talent that made Fantasmic successful is working somewhere else.

The mouse knows that sad "Disney Adults" won't care and will throw money at them anyway "OMG, FaNTasMic is BAAACK!"

Also prevents guests from complaining, as this "is all for cast member safety".

A lot of mascot costumes are made of flame retardant materials usually this is the case❤ I mean can you imagine Chuck e cheese and all those birthday candles😂 I worked there for a decade specifically with the characters 😁
