Nice "startup flicker" on that one! You can also wire those for single lamp operation, by hooking the two blues to one end and the two reds to the other end and capping (individually) the yellows. It will run the lamp normal brightness and the ballast will not overheat or anything. In my experience, it will still offer the traditional startup flicker.

Very nice! I'd love to donate my F15t8 westinghouse bulb to you to see what it would look like. Oh yeah I thought you would say 14,15,17 and 20 watt ballast! LOL

When you wired your common tombstone connectors with the yellow wires, how did you wire them? Was it like this: Tombstone connector for lamp one: Wire hole 1: yellow Wire hole 2: white wire Wire hole 3: yellow Wire hole 4: red wire Tombstone connector for lamp 2: Wire hole 1: no wire Wire hole 2: red wire Wire hole 3: no wire Wire hole 4: white wire I am trying to troubleshoot a rapid ballast replacement for 2 lamps. When I switch it on it flashes once and shuts off/does not turn on.
