So I have been forcing myself to eat this every day because it is very healthy. Amazingly, I have started to like Nato now. Thanks for encouraging me to try healthy snacks like sardines and nato. I have been experimenting with sauces in the nato to make it taste better as well.

And you like natto too? My goodness, finally a kindred spirit that enjoys eating the food that most people dislike.

Whew.....I just tried some of these. They are an acquired taste for sure. Not my cup of tea, but thanks for encouraging me to try something new. My kid was laughing at the faces I made while eating it. At least I had some sardines to get the taste out of my mouth when I was done.

Great vid as always, love the tv themes. I've been eating natto for a long long time, love the stuff. Fun fact (or at least I think it is) the 3 circle symbol with the letters JAS on the Nattohya package is the Japanese version of the USDA Organic stamp.

My very first Iron Chef episode was the natto episode. I was immediately hooked. TV in 2002ish was amazing in retrospect. I miss Iron Chef on food network, Friday Night Standup on comedy central, and dinner and a movie on TBS.

Korean stores have it too. Very high in vitamin. (k2) K2 needed with D3 both help each other. Like yin and Yang. Husband and wife. With only one no baby.

Late to this channel, but as the biggest fan of natto, and super appreciative of the Spinal Tap reference in the intro, I'm hooked.

I tried natto after watching Paolo from Tokyo's Day in the life of a Natto maker (on Youtube). I did not like the one I tried, but you convinced me to try some more brands. Mrs. Eats (also on Youtube) says to mix it 100 times?! You are quite bold for eating that much in one sitting.

YESSS!!!!! Where were you when I was looking up info on natto a couple years ago?! My favourite is that particular one with the radish tare. And I cannot find any other brand that has this sauce.

I've been making natto at home for a while now (not super regularly). I like it when it gets nicely ammonia-ey like blue cheese
