Anyone going through depression, anxiety, unstable mental state..... Everything is going to be okay... Just don't give up meditate, sleep, breathing exercise, physical exercise, It feels impossible But it's possible I went through it 4 years ago And now I've become stronger than ever.... ! Takes me back to my childhood listening to the rain falling on the tin roof at my grandfather's home. Simple days with him and my family. He passed in 1963 and I miss him terribly. We now have a farm house with a tin roof! ❤

My dog and I fall asleep to this every night, plays on my speaker. The most soothing thing in the world. It also helps prepare my dog for rainy/stormy nights as she’s always afraid of them, been working good so far!
