It's quite frankly scary how well Tim knows the Springbok team!!!
  • Sacha is the best I’ve seen for a decade and he could take rugby up the levels he’s that good . Scary to think he’s behind a Springbok pack too from a kiwi .
  • @majormza
Sacha is special. There is no other way to describe him. I saw Dan Carters first Tri Nations in SA. I remember feeling like this too. Sacha is amazing. We have unearthed a gem!!

I cannot tell you how excited I am about the debut of Sacha. Rassie has surrounded him with a lot of experience, which hopefully will help him out. It will still be tough in Brisbane and Schimdt is good coach. Louw on debut as well, and I do hope he does come to the party. His potential is great.

It scares me (in a good way) how much Tim knows eeeeverything about SA rugby! Like? Brother how? ❤

How awesome would a Dion Fourie interview be!?! I can’t wait for the weekend. RUGBY!🏉
  • Loving the lineup! It’s going to be an absolute belter of a game come Saturday. Cobus Reinach is going to be extremely important for someone like Sacha in terms of having someone experienced next to him calming his nerves and letting him do what he does best. 🇿🇦

Sacha was the year above in my school in wales for a term. I didn’t know him but everyone was raving about how good he was. Pretty cool to see

The springboks have some stars starting to surface. I like the way they are getting fed into the system to be able to take all the knowledge and learnings from the experienced players to grow them even further and faster.

It’s happening people. It’s happening. Rassie just went “Flame on!” and done it! A team worth getting up for on a Saturday morning, early. Beer at the ready…be hammered by 9am 😂
  • Hi Tim. As a sportsman, and more importantly, human, somewhere along the line Sacha is going to show us that he too is human, and produce a below par game. It usually comes from pressure created by the hype. I accept that he is a generational find. But let's give the kid room to find his feet. Remember Patrick Lambie? Everyone who played against him just wanted to smash him into the ground to prove that they "got" him before he could manoeuvre his skillset. I think he was 23 and no longer able to play. I am so scared things like this pop up again. Loving your channel, brother.

I believe Sascha will play 80 minutes, but 20 minutes at fullback, with Polard slotting in at flyhalf.
  • Glad Sacha is getting a chance.I am not unduly concerned if opposing team targets him with special treatment. He has developed in a physical tough player. He will come through.Special word and thanks to Handre Pollard. His record in three world cups speak for itself.Such great emotional intelligence t.He will understand the short memories of some fans and I am sure we have not seen the last of him.Fortunate to have Handre and Sacha in the team.Wish them well.
  • I'm happy for Sacha!! It's he's time to shine!! He has the talent and ability!! Very good choice putting him at flyhalf!!
  • I played against Sacha in Under 9 and I can still remember our coach asking one of the lads in our team who that one boy was, to which my friend replied thats Sacha, its almost as if my old rugby coach who funnily enough only has one thumb was the first person to realise how good this guy could be. On a little side note, and a way to bolster my ego, I did bounce him twice- once in year 6 and the other year 7. Anywho, love the channel Tim and keep up all the great work.

Excellent, positive commentary on the evolution and development of this squad; Rassie earns the right to have these choices available as he plans ahead for them. Only recently we were thin on fly halves! Looking to Saturday only hope for Sasha’s sake, Reinach gets the ball out to him quickly and stops that PAUSE BEFORE PICKING UP THE BALL & THE PICKUP & STEP BEFORE PASSING!
  • Wow Hanekom comes back and combines with Ben Jason Dixon and Elrigh louw what a backrow that will be😱😱
