Today I show you my $20 Laptop vs a $2000 Laptop the MSI Stealth 14, we're going to see how they both compare and the results are pretty suprising..
Disclaimer: The $2000 Laptop I got on sale for £1300 (Roughly $1,650) Rounded it up to put $2000. When new it was $2000 as shown in the video. I did also buy this with my own money and I didn't need crazy power - no sponsors here (It would be good though hint hint)

Yo NotroDan, Im sure im too late for this comment to reach out but if it does, im thanking you for helping me throughout the journey from a 3rd hand 40$ laptop which u helped to optimise and got it to 50fps consistent but now Im glad to say i have a laptop similar to the 2000$ one u have 16Gb DDR5 ram i5 13420K CPU and the RTX4050 TYSM❤

Also the low end laptop is running at 768p while the gaming laptop is running at 2k

You can try enable optimized for windowed game settings on windows 11, that will make your fps a little bit higher and more stability when play in windowed mode

Updating the wifi and Bluetooth drivers in the HP could make it download and upload a bit faster. I have an older laptop that wasn't running too well as far as using the internet and updating the drivers helped a LOT. Just a suggestion.
