    1. Brain fog 2. Hangry/mood fluctuation 3. Sleep quality 4. Immunocompromised/injury prone 5. Low energy/fatigue
  • This is something that I DEFINITELY needed to hear. I am struggling more with eating than anything. I would like to see a video on Open prep.

Great post! Symptoms of undereating, for me, also apply to overtraining. Guess it's a matter of balancing nutrition, training and recovery to hit that sweet spot. Being a, u'm, older athlete, this balancing gets tricky. Love following you guys. Keep up the good work!

Thank you guys for bringing up the "undereating" problem! It's so underrated in fitness and performance training.

Fantastic video, super helpful guys. I have had 3 or4 of these symptoms and noticed the need to boost food, particularly with the good quality basic foods you advocate. This is very motivating and I love the sound track!

I’m not a CrossFit bod but I employ CrossFit methodology to my training. I’m prepping for an ultra marathon in June but don’t want to lose much muscle so this is really helpful and great production it must be said. You guys have gone up a level. Well done 👏

Great video both the content and the form ! Advice given is valuable and practical ! ❀
  • Another video gem guys. First off thanks for sharing you always seem to hit on something that I am either working on or struggling with. Got to get back to the macros counting for what seems the 100th million time. Also I shared with you guys a while back that I was forced out of my crossfit gym do to vaccination status thanks to my gov, but with some self searching and research I changed that and am now back at the gym and man it feels great to get back at it.
  • Wow, big bump in editing quality. Wasn't bad before but you took a whole another level on effort in transitions, scripting and B-Roll. And fitting ones on top of that. Nice work. And yeah - the message in this video is also on point. :)
  • @RidleyJones
You both have such pleasant voices and speak so calmly. It's nice.

Awesome content, I surely will watch for symptoms, definitely have lacked the motivation and had most of the things mentioned here and not knowing this was from under eating , so thank you both for awesome videos , I’m still catching up on them all , have a great day. 🙏

This is my new fav channel for CrossFit and nutrition. You’re really knowledgeable and a very good and friendly presenter! Well done and thanks!
  • Thank you! I teach my mental health clients about proper nutrition and fueling to address symptoms of anxiety and depression. So many people’s “mental health” issues are helped by food! It’s medicine. Thanks for teaching people to eat enough— so many believe “diet” means less calories!!
  • I SOOOOOOOO needed this video. I definitely don't eat enough and need to focus on it more. Thank you 😊
  • @diego-lima
You and Pat are an inspiration! Thank you for your videos! :goodvibes:

This is something I needed to hear. I really struggle with recovery and eating the right amount. Now...more recipes! I have found that I love blueberry turkey burgers, but I'm always looking for new ideas!!!

Guys I wish I could find the way to say thank you for this post!!! I spent the whole morning wondering if waking up with heavy dizziness could be due to under eating. Putting all on the scale what you've mentioned I must increase my calories. My laundry is in the basket for 3 days and I get to the gym every day with high enthusiasm but the WOD feels horrible. Honestly! You are golden stars 🌟 đŸ€© đŸ„°
