I've searched the internet and played through the entire game to validate each one the best I could. I can't take credit for a lot of these, I merely pooled together as many Easter Eggs into one video. Some pointers may not be classed as anything of the above, but were included as a point of interest.
This is the last of 4 retro games I'll be doing as an experiment. If these videos gain more interest, then I can start to do more Easter egg videos besides my walkthroughs. For old and newer games.

Snake also makes a very missable meta joke about his and Otacon's names, "maybe we should take a trip to Jupiter".

Here's some: 1. In the bathrooms of the nuclear warhead storage building if snake runs near the air dryers they'll turn on 2. The blast furnace has a small elevator you can use to go up and down, the 2 floors. Problem is you have to go across the crane passage way first to activate it from the other side. 3. If snake takes more than 10 minutes to go up the dock elevator the colonel will comment on him being slow rather than fast if you do it in less than 10 minutes. 4. You can jump off the right docks if spotted in the beginning of the game. 5. Snake can use Sniper Wolf's handkerchief given to him by otacon to get past the wolf dogs though he'll give it back to her after killing her.

I noticed tonight.. remember when Snake listens to two guards from the upper ventilation shaft? Remember when the two guards started talking about an intruder using some type of stealth camouflage? And Snake said to himself, "There's an intruder besides me?".. Well.. if Snake hasn't been spotted up to that point, you won't see that extra scene. You will be robbed of seeing that extra scene. In other words, the success of the Ninja's stealth infiltration is directly based on the current success of Snake's stealth infiltration.

Wow, i didn't know you can get back in Women's bathroom during alert phase and the enemies won't follow you in. I also didn't know about the codec call for shooting rats. Good stuff!๐

During the first Sniper Wolf battle, try shooting the wounded Meryl. Snake'll get some hilarious codec calls from his support crew.

I believe there was a demo video showing use of unlimited mines and blowing up the whole first stage but when you do get unlimited items after finishing, or invisibility and the suit, your mines vanish after about 30 or so The boss psycomantis also changes clothing a few times after finishing the game twice

I just got done beating it again only this time was on a emulator. I couldn't switch controller ports for the psycho mantis battle so I had to expose his ugly face on the statues ๐๐คฃ
