My son is 26 years old and looking to buy his first home...You don't get much up here in Canada for 3-400k and to rent a humble 1-2 bedroom apartment it costs almost twice as much as a mortgage payment would be. His generation and the next will be living at home forever unless things change very soon Cheers Brother

In very practical terms, people often talk about the things that we would need to live and survive in a collapse type scenario, and they tend to mention all sorts of things. They talk about shelter, food, water, guns, ammo, medicines, and even community. What do they rarely talk about? They rarely talk about wealth or having a job that provides you with wealth in exchange for our labor. It is a constant in life that you need wealth to be able to provide those things which you cannot do or make for yourself. In a modern world, we are not going to be able to do absolutely everything for ourselves, and even if you can do a lot of that now, your ability will not last forever. We all age out, and we all move back into an increasing state of dependency as we age. Knowing that, nothing makes more sense than using the remaining value of our US dollars today to leverage that wealth for a darker and more difficult tomorrow by converting it back into real money in the form of Gold & Silver. In practical terms, there are few things that could be more wise to do than that. Keep stacking!
