Do not take negative comments to heart. I am a 68-year-old widow who just did a cement project because of you. Watching your family has given me the confidence to take on hard projects. It is not perfect, far from it, but it is complete, and I did my best. Your videos inspire me and bring me joy.

In no ways did you and John act like you were victims! Honestly!!! You guys have waited this long for your permit, take a deep breath and keep waiting.... You guys are always making and doing interesting projects. I love your innovations and sometimes crazy ideas. Nothing is ever wasted, think of all the things you're learning even when it doesn't quite work out as you thought it would, it's all a learning curve which you'll never loose!!! Keep going, keep trying and keep editing your fun and upbeat videos. They keep us coming back for more 🤩👍🏼👌🏼💖

You guys are the best filmed, content integrators, parents on YouTube. I watch so many of these on Sundays-YOU ARE ALWAYS FIRST! Please focus on those of us who love and appreciate the hard work that you do! Skip over the negativity-it’s not helpful to anyone!!!

People can word their comments so thoughtlessly it just makes you wonder if they go through life like that. I guess no nearly no form of communication with the general public is all pleasant. As you continue to grow in popularity as you no doubt will, you may have to cut back on how much time you spend on the comments because you're going to drive yourselves crazy at some point trying to respond to all of them. My favorite scene this week was Joau picking up Sawyer like a little bundle. What a lovely relationship that has blossomed out to be. He's like a nephew to you and he is learning so much from you and vice versa! ❤❤❤❤❤

I am portuguese, born and raised, and I have never ever seen a snake 🐍 in Portugal other than at a zoo. Love how Crusue is fearless and has such love and curiosity of all animals. Think you may be raising a future veterinarian 😊❤❤
  • Favorite scene: Walking on to your porch, coffee in hand, and taking a seat on the comfy couch to take in the view and enjoy the morning. Those feels literally put a smile on my face. Nevermind the negative peeps.

There is so much hate and sadness in the world, I get so much joy from you and your lovely family ❤
  • You all are just being a true family with normal frustrations and helps to get those out and share. You are wonderful and don’t take those negative views. I love you all and could watch you day after day!!
  • @melodyjordan6052
Never let negative comments take your joy away. Your family is such a pleasure to behold. Thank you for sharing.
  • @susanspence3029
Your not whining, just sharing the real frustrations of building permits. It is a reality, and I love how your are not pretending everything with your life is fabulous everyday. The authentic vibe of your vlog keeps me coming back each week.
  • @JennyLuke-i3s
I loved the way you addressed the comments Tara, and i love that you are so honest about the ups and downs of building your beautiful farm. You guys are amazing and we have such huge respect and admiration for you both. Sending positive vibes for the building permit needed to start the new chapter of life on your farm. Lovely to see the boys and Obi gardening. ..made my day x
  • @zibikai
I love watching you guys because you share everything in real life, not just rosy colours! Your fustrations do not take away someone elses just because you shared yours so please don't take those negative comments to heart. Some are just that way and can't help themselves. Thank you for keeping it real! Look forward to your authentic videos with real life joy and problems. Thank you! Happy belated birthday to Tara!
  • @shannydavis1973
The final still shot with farmer Crusoe lying in his wheelbarrow with Obi watching over him while Joau works is priceless! God bless you all! 😊
  • I kinda wish you posted everyday! Waiting for Sundays and Wednesday isn’t enough!! I’m sooooo excited to see John build the new kitchen! He is so talented and I know it’s going to look great!! 😍 and don’t stop sharing your feelings! That makes your posts “real”! 👍🏼
  • @susanoliver8502
Those two boys counting the onions was one of the cutest things ever!
  • @LouiseSkonberg
I appreciate your honesty and vulnerability and how you share your ups and downs of life! Don’t ever change that…allow the negativity to slip on by! Crusoe is fearless and has such a wonderful adventurous nature! Sawyer is adorable and his smile warms my heart. So excited about the kitchen, you will do an amazing job! Have a glorious day!

❤ I particularly appreciate when sweet folks like you all share the reality of the ups and downs of life. I think that you all keep a very nice balance in your content. You never oversell the upside of your lives nor do you pander to the downside for sympathy or $. Hardly any one of us could not say at any moment in time that there are many others who "have it far worse!" That does not change the fact that each of us lives our own feeling the positives and negatives of that life. I remain a fan of you dear Newbys!❤
  • @katiejarratt2989
    1. I love how you addressed the comments. I am a big believer in everyone being able to have their own version of hard. Everyone's "hard" is different, valid and it certainly has a place to be shared on your own YouTube channel. 2. As an Aussie, I laughed at the "kids come see the snake". And crusoes courage to touch it 😂 3. Tara, the big wine glass = Yes. More wine, less trips to refill. 4. Loving the transformation of your property. Been watching since the beginning!!
  • @Bindismom
Nothing but love and admiration coming from us here in the US. Being some of your biggest fans, I honestly can’t find a “ nit to pick”! The enchanted farm is so beautiful and calming, the boys so beautifully raised, the dog so perfect for your little family and wonderful neighbors, it’s all good. Joel is a wonderful young man isn’t he?! What wonderful memories you all are acquiring. It’s always the one rotten apple who spoils the barrel isn’t it, but then, they are just giving their take on things so it’s best to just allow their opinions too. They are people who live with a lot of fear and I’m pretty sure their glass is almost always half emptyl. That they take the interest and time to comment is really a compliment on how well you touch peoples hearts and really, they just want to help too. 💞 We love you and look forward to each posting. You bring so much joy into our hearts and lives.🤗🤗👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🙏
