This is a video of me replacing a leaky Kohler GP876851 Mixing Cap and Pressure Balance unit. If you are the original owner you may have the lifetime warranty and with a phone call to Kohler you can have the replacement parts mailed to you for free. This unit lasted about 6 years. I tend to blame the hard rusty water in my town. Yes, before you say it, I DID remove the two o-rings that were on the inside of the valve by the pipes, if you look closely at the end of the video you will see the old ones on the shower floor.

    And YES I put the plate on and resealed the cover....just didn't want to bore everyone as this video was already going a little long.
