I believe both these men let frustrations out.. Zim never wanted kirk on his team.He also never met with Kirk to game plan until Kirk finally asked to meet. Yes, Kirk wanted to stick it to him.Wrong move. Thus it was toxic locker room.Not be because of Kirk, but Zim's own undoing.. Why?A few others also spoke out as we know. Fear based coaching is done.Zim was last of his breed.
