Awesome, it is so hard as a mom to put yourself first. Great job of owning this and not quiting on yourself.

Dana you are doing so well, and your running while sick? That's hard core there. Since this is our first Christmas post op I think it's going to be hard for a lot of us. But we all have each other for support.

Dana, you are human and we all stumble at some point. The fact that it was 2 days and not 20 you should be so proud of yourself! You will do this!!! That being said sometimes when we are sick are bodies need different chemicals to fight off the bug, maybe yours needed the energy from the sugar for a couple days to help fight it. Ok maybe I am stretching there but just don't want you to beat yourself up. You are doing so good and you are back on track! We are all here to support you.

Congrats on making the healthy decision and not letting the old you win. Sometimes this journey can seem never ending and years of failing set us up to be prepared for failure. Not failing feels strange and can be hard to deal with, but you are changing and learning. You should be very proud of yourself.
