This was released 48 years ago on this date. I was just 15 years old. Still as good now as it was then. Twist up a number and put on the headphones, life is good.

During my extended periods of drug use this was the song I always chose to get high to. Now I'm 8 months sober and this song still hits me the same way it did then, maybe even a little more. It brings such an overwhelming comfort that sometimes brings me to tears. These two songs and alot of other Floyd songs have that crazy power. I love Pink Floyd.
