I've see May December on Netflix, the fact that Charles Melton stole the show up against two Oscar winning actresses and gave a performance that's as strong as both is a testament how truly talented he is. Without even discrediting his previous work, nothing prepared me what he brought in May December and my god he absolutely nailed it. May December wasn't marketed heavily for his acting but yet he got the most praise in the movie's reviews. Love Julianne Moore and Natalie Portman but Charles was the one who carried the movie. Definitely one of the best acting of the year, good job Charles 🙌

i always love it when they bring not so big mega stars. Charles Melton is naturally funny and the show proceeds in an organic manner. 👌🏻

Here’s the brilliance of Charles’ acting in May December. Not once during that movie did I think of him as anything more than an emotionally stunted boy. His eyes, his body language…it screamed 13 year old. In this interview, though, I cannot believe how attractive and charming he is. Stunningly gorgeous irl and not once did I notice that during the movie. Amazing actor. He stole the show.

Ok I just realized how great of an actor he is. His personality here is absolutely nothing like the acting roles he has. I loved this interview!

Some people are baffled that Charles Melton has been getting award buzz for his career best performance in May December given the fact that he's a Riverdale alumnus. For those who are like that, try give May December a chance. It proves that the Riverdale actors including Charles were stuck in a poor material, they can be great in a movie or TV show if the material was right. Glad that Todd Haynes saw something unique in him that pushed his boundaries to be a talented actor

A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E. and talented. May December is a trip. Todd Haynes pushes and pulls the audience constantly with this film . You don't know what you're exactly watching: Horror, Comedy, Tragedy . It's Melton's astonishing performance that grounds the whole film to its devastatingly emotional core.

he was freaking phenomenal in this role 😭 he broke my heart!
  • Pretty good actor and ready to have a big future. And I'm pretty sure he's gonna sweep this award season. EDIT: I spoke too soon..

"Your character at 13 years old has an affair with a much older woman". That's sexual abuse, not an affair, Kimmel.

I feel like this guy has the capability of pulling a Channing Tatum/Ryan Reynolds/Michael B Jordan type move where women love him and guys also love him.

This is probably the most beautiful man in the world right now. Fight me if you disagree.
