Somalia has been in a state of Civil War for over 4 decades, with the conflict transitioning from the Cold War to the War on Terror, Somalia is one of the greatest examples of a nation in complete anarchy, with Warlords, Pirates, Islamists, and many more groups fighting for control of the nation, this video shows the entire conflict in less then 4 minutes.

I have to imagine it was difficult making the map from the period of 1990-2006 due to how hard it is to find info about that time period (besides the year 1993)
