Paprium 3 player?

I have no idea how I did this. I was doing something with my controller, mashing buttons on the logos screen. It played a sound and then every button I pressed played a sound effect. Then I noticed the 3 click start and different title screen

Probably utilized only via enabling the 32X add-on, from my suspicions.
