The fact that it replayed over and over again on mistake still gets me 😭
  • @Catpaw616
And they did this under 24 hours 💀

The funniest part is that not a single dev thought this would happen when they added the video to discord, I imagine they accidentally made it repeat indefinitely and it was only supposed to play once
  • @8BitTaco.
I can’t believe an April Fools video accidentally broke several YouTube records
  • @richard21
This has to be the funniest April fools event of this year, it managed to even surpass skibidi toilet on trending
  • It’s so shocking to me that discord accidentally broke a record because of one april fools video
  • For April Fools they went the full nine yards and gave us two broken websites.
  • @FourPlushie
Its a once in a lifetime to see a company managed to break another company
  • Interestingly, the video likely didn't really make any money, due to embeds not having ads on them, thus indirectly costing YouTube even more than hosting a 600 million view video normally would.

Imagine you’re at the Discord company seeing 1.4 billion views on an April Fools video 💀

for a second thought, this was about YouTube activity on Discord still being a buggy mess (me and my friends can type out a full YouTube video name still not find video we want)
  • @KeebeThePlush
How ironic that this happened on April fools of all things
  • What do you guys mean? OBVIOUSLY everyone just loves lootboxes and discord updates so very much that they watched it over a billion times in anticipation of it~

When I turned on my Samsung TV and hovered over YouTube, I genuinely thought that that video was viral, but not that viral!
