Its true though like see in the past when there was a chance that Midoriya would have a quirk Bakugou was nice to him but as soon as it was confirmed that he was quirkless he immediately turned his back on Midoriya and bullied him ILLEGALLY WITH HIS QUIRK until UA since he would be expelled if he bullied him
