- INGREDIENTS -
Beef - 1/2kg
Coriander powder 2Tablespoon
Chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Crushed Pepper 2 Tablespoon
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Ginger () - 1 Inch piece
Garlic (1) Cloves
Green Chilli 2 Nos
Shallot 30 Nos
Curry leaves 4 Sprigs
Onion 1
Salt as required
- INGREDIENTS -
All purpose flour/ Maida - 3 Cups (250ml)
Sugar - 2Tablespoon
Salt - 1/2Teaspoon
Backing soda 1 pinch
Egg 1
Curd 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tab so
Suger 2 tbsp
Warm Water - 3/4 Cup
Ghee + Refined Oil - 100 ml
