Catastrophe Alert! Big Fire At Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Plant; Russia Tears Into Kyiv For 'Terror Act'

A massive fire broke out at Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Plant in Russia after Ukrainian shelling. Governor said that fire broke out due to drone attack in the nearby city of Energodar. Plant authorities put six reactors of the plant in a state of ‘cold shutdown’ as a precaution. As per Zaporizhzhia Governor Radiation levels around the plant are normal and ‘there is no threat’ to people nearby. Russia condemned the attack and termed the attack as ‘terrorist act’.

    This has always been a worry. Ukraine can only "fight dirty" There is no honour among thieves and rogues. This will have been sanctioned by the US no doubt. I think Russia may well get very angry any time soon. As for the IAEA, who else would do it?
