Will never understand how people hate this guy. Continue getting that greatness Chris!

He’s an inspiration for me, I was big guy at 250 lbs and from August to now I almost lost 70 lbs. I’m in the best shape of my life at 32 years old.

He surprised me soooo much in The terminal list. He was fantastic. Beautiful dramatic and action driven acting. And he's adored by all he's colleagues! What a legend !
  • I like how Chris gave useful information with his patented humor. I've been a fan since Parks & Rec. and I'm happy for his personal and professional progression.

The thing I love about Chris Pratt is that he is open about EVERYTHING. He's helped me a lot.
  • He summed up exactly how I feel and want to feel at 1:08. I want to feel great in the times in between eating. Currently making my way down from 339
  • This man is an inspiration and I don't care about what people think about him, I absolutely love the guy

I was 242 pounds at the age of 16 and I started fasting and getting my cardio in. Now I’m 18 and 185 pounds. Still trying to cut down a bit more then start trying to get some muscle.

It's interesting hearing him talk about this. I've never had a problem with overeating or eating the wrong foods, so I'm always fascinated with people who have those issues. It's a huge accomplishment that he has stuck with it. It sounds like a lifestyle change for him.
  • How on earth can you hate this guy? He’s friggin awesome!!! 👌🏾
  • Lol I feel him completely on dipping the pizza crust in whatever is around, mainly ranch or marinara. He really is relatable, and breaks down eating in a very honest way.
  • This man is the definition of entertaining 😂, absolutely succeeds at everything and makes it an enjoyable watch
  • @ChanelGloe
My husband does the same thing, finishes his food and then just watches everyone to see if he can finish their food too 😂😂😂

I like how he says that while eating is boring but times between eating you feel great.
  • @Locke19901
Oh man he quoted the ole 96er, I knew I loved him.
  • I didn't realise he was as much a comedian as he is an actor. This was one of the more entertaining Men's Health videos.
