Published 2022-11-07
Welcome to our YouTube video on displaying frequently asked questions (FAQs) on SharePoint! In this video, we explore the powerful benefits of incorporating FAQs into your SharePoint sites, without getting into the technical details.

Are you tired of constantly answering the same questions or finding information scattered across your SharePoint intranet? Look no further! By implementing a comprehensive FAQ section, you can save time and effort for both yourself and your colleagues.

One of the primary advantages of having FAQs on your SharePoint site is the time-saving aspect. Frequently asked questions tend to revolve around common concerns or recurring inquiries. By proactively addressing these queries in a dedicated FAQ section, you can significantly reduce the need for repetitive explanations. This ensures that visitors to your SharePoint site can quickly find answers to their questions, eliminating the frustration of searching through various sources or contacting support.

Moreover, FAQs create a centralized knowledge base within your SharePoint intranet, allowing you to build a one-stop shop for all essential information. By organizing and categorizing FAQs in a user-friendly manner, you empower your colleagues to access relevant information with ease. This not only saves time but also fosters a collaborative environment where individuals can self-serve and contribute to the shared knowledge base.

Imagine the benefits of having a comprehensive FAQ section on your SharePoint site: new employees can quickly get up to speed by accessing commonly asked questions and their answers, team members can troubleshoot issues independently, and project stakeholders can easily find the information they need, all in one centralized location.

So, join us in this video as we explore the transformative power of FAQs on SharePoint. Discover how they can save time, reduce repetitive inquiries, and create a robust knowledge base for your SharePoint intranet. • This was very useful! Do you know which one of these has a better chance of being searched through? I currently have something set up with the dropdowns, but when I use the search bar at the top, even when it finds the word(s) I'm looking for, it just shows me the whole page and not the individual answer where that word is found. Thanks!

Hi, I followed the first option - Grouped List, I've added some content with 52 words to a row however when I added it in my page that row was not fully displaying (Like a cut sentence but if you view it in the list it's complete). Did you also encounter this problem? What did you do to solve it? Thank you
