I think, to me, the reason why I stopped enjoying New Horizons so quickly after it came out was the weird competition aspect of it online, especially during quarantine. But now that it has died down a good amount, this series made me feeling like picking it up again.

I love how much you love decorating in this game. As a person who's played the older titles, being able to decorate outside is my favorite part of this game.

The reason Vivian wasn't gone after you skipped 2 days is (I think) they don't want you to miss their move out/in boxes date. So even if you skip a week or more, the day you open your game again, the villager will be there still- kind of a nice touch, but irritating if you're tryna move quick.

Bud is one of my favorites- I worked at a camp with someone who’s nickname was Bud, he lead the outdoor adventure groups and was super into it all. He passed away a few yrs ago, so when Bud showed up on my island- he was staying! That you called him a wilderness trainer got me right in the feels. ❤❤❤ Loving this series- seeing it all with fresh eyes again. Thank you!

i got so excited to watch this when i got home from work, then proceeded to pass out 20 minutes in and sleep for like, 11 hours straight. like is it just me or does therm's ac stream videos almost feel therapeutic? they always put me to sleep (in a good way lol)

I actually did have my wedding over Zoom during COVID! Today is our 3rd anniversary, funnily enough. We chose to have a courthouse ceremony and expected it to be pretty meh but it was lovely. The judge had a little short speech prepared about love and commitment and sharing a life with someone and my partner and I were pleasantly surprised. It was just us and our cat at home - our families and friends joined over Zoom. We met online as well so it felt like it came full circle and we don't regret anything <3

I stumbled upon this series yesterday and literally started playing while watching. I finally felt motivated to "renovate" my island. I had it in this weird mid-stage where I had some ideas on how to decorate but the willager houses were all over the place, and only a few areas were nice. I love this series a lot <3
