Imagine telling an 8 year old child "That's why nobody wants you around" I get crushed when someone says that to me nowadays I can't imagine what it would have been like if someone said that to me when I was 8. Poor kid.

I've had my parents say that stuff to me and it breaks my heart to see it done to this 8 year old child. To record your child on the bathroom floor and say that is in my mind Evil.

When a child is suffering mentally talking bad towards them doesn't help. "Nobody wants you around" is even hard for an adult to hear.

My mom told me "nobody wants you around" and "no one will miss you when you're gone" nearly everyday of my teenage years and I'm still hurting. I can't imagine being an 8 yo child, cold and frustrated sitting on the floor hearing those condescending words coming out of mom's mouth...

Who does this 'mom' think she is, tellling a 8 year old CHILD 'That's why nobody wants you around'. You don't tell a child that he or she is unwanted. You just don't. You may say it 1 time, but that child will say and repeat that to himself a thousand times until he is convinced that nobody likes him. 'Why are you getting tired of me?' Seriously, no child should ask their parent that. It's like he thinks his own mom doesn't love him. That's heartbreaking.

Im 9 months pregnant with my first baby and its a little boy. This just tore my soul If my son every said these things I would crumble and feel like a failure. Shame on them!

This is the first clip I've seen from this episode so I'm not sure about the backstory or the extent of this child's behavioral or mental health issues but I am sure that the way the "mother" is treating this little guy is extremely abusive. It's absolutely heartbreaking to watch the interaction between them from the home video. This kid is literally crying out for her to help him. He's begging his mother to please love him and she's acting like a monster. As a mom to 3 kids around his age (9, 7 and 6) I just want to scoop him up, hug him and tell him that he's a good kid and that he's loved unconditionally. He needs to hear that so much.

Sounds like she was talking with a very condescending tone, which comes off as rather cold. Also, with comments now enabled, they will soon EXPLODE in numbers.
