  • Sunscreen on my face and neck everyday, even winter. I don't sunbake at all, australian summer is not to be messed with. Australia has some of the highest levels of UV radiation in the world 😅

As a second generation Floridian, you are on the right track. I simply go out for 20 minutes the first couple times, when springtime rolls around... Yes, that's right. Floridians do not go to the beach in the winter. If you're ever in Florida in the winter and see people on the beach, they are other tourists like yourself. After a couple weeks, you build up a good enough base tan, you really don't worry about burning... I've gone snorkeling for 2 hours from noon to 2:00 p.m. in Florida summer. No issues When you come home from any tanning using Tallow is probably a brilliant idea, I only use it when I have gotten too much sun. I have found If you accidentally get enough sun, that you are 100% sure you are going to have a bad burn and peel... Simply slather yourself with Tallow when you get home... And then once again before bed... Drink as much water as you possibly can... The next day it's as if it never happened... You're not even as red as you should be. I have never seen a better product too. Reverse a sunburn in my life Just melt it in the microwave or on the stove top... Until it turns clear liquid, now, let it cool down to room temperature and start smearing it on It will not be oily or greasy... After about 15 minutes I am a professional massage therapist that doesn't allow people to use massage cream on me cuz I don't like to feel greasy... And I can smear my entire body with melted beef fat and it just absorbs right into the point where a half an hour later I would have no issue putting clothes on

I’m glad you at least use a safe sunscreen. I maybe use sunscreen a few times a year when im out in the direct sunlight for a couple hours non stop / no shade. otherwise I don’t use anything. However, I believe sunscreen is important in some cases (again when you’re out in the direct sun for a very long time) because I’ve met some older people who never used sunscreen in their life and their skin is dry and hard and burnt similar to dark leather…. It’s gross
  • Other things that prevent sunburn: 1. Eliminating seed oil from your diet 2. Don't use sunglasses

Babo Botanicals makes a zinc based sunscreen that's pretty great too. Comes in SPF 30 or 50, spray on or bottle lotion.❤

Would love to have a video on non/ less toxic products - clothing , make up , etc You’re adorable , love your videos I’m old enough to be your mother / grandmother …. But 💕💕💕
  • I used to bake in the sun all the time. In the 70s and 80s and my skin is horrible. I use tons of lotion. You’re laying out now you will wrinkle just saying it’s a fact baby❤
  • @itsthe1
Love those carnivore buns. Sorry no disrespect to the husband.
  • @yessyt78
I don’t know if it seems to me you do burn because you look red or it can be rosacea? If I would do that, without sunblock, I would have freckles all over me.😢

How many swimsuits were used in this video. I keep losing count 😂

Covering my face with a white, loose cotton sun hat prevents mouth blisters and facial sun burn if I happen to fall asleep too.
  • I got blessed skin. I put on olive oil and lay there in THE sun for hours. Ive Been all over the world like in Thailand and Gambia and did not burn 😊
  • @Becizzle
I use Badger zinc oxide sunscreen. I love it. But now im looking for long sleeve summer tops and pants that breathe. Im thinking linen.
  • @paullywog13
That's pretty smart. People did fine without sunscreen for a long time
  • @greentree_
Dermatologists will say if you want your facial skin to age less, can’t sun bathe it but to use sunscreen.

I make a point of still tanning during the winter. I will tan at the hottest of the day. Then when spring arrives I go in with a nice tan. I live in a semi desert area so in summer it gets very hot, then I will tan before 11:00am. But since I don't use any seed oils anymore I do not get sun burn. I have been allergic to sun screen for yeara now so that is not an option.
  • Yeah you're doing the natural way. That's really awesome. ,🎉 I wish you do this, but my working schedule doesn't allow me to do thi all I get is early morning sun or late evening sun. I think I must rely on sun blockers for my vacation 😂
