Gillian and David created the MOST EPIC couple on television that will NEVER be surpassed. They did it all with chemistry and only hints of romantic intimacy. Think about that. Incredible actors! I honestly do not think any other stars could have been Mulder and Scully and made this work. Of course as huge fans of the show, our desire to see more of the fictional couple has spilled out into the real world. But in my honest opinion, fans shouldn't do this to David and Gillian. Leave them alone, stop asking them questions about a relationship. Talk to them about the work they are involved in NOW and stop with the questions about their relationship before it bothers them so much they cannot remain good friends...

They brought two fictional characters to life and wow did they ever have chemistry. I am sure they had ups and downs. How can you not when you spend more time with your co-worker than your family? You have two young people who are away from their own families, and homes, trying to get along while working long hours, trying to make the TV series a hit, learning lines, make up, etc, etc I can't imagine that's easy. I think they have moved past their issues, they have matured, gone on to other things and have had success. The chemistry they share is obvious and I think it goes beyond the X-Files. I am sure they get tired of the fans fantasies (same questions) but if they didn't have that bond we saw we wouldn't ask. They gave us a great show and great memories let's just enjoy that and wish them future success.

The greatest TV love story ever written. Who’s to say that maybe deep down in their hearts they feel married became of the beautiful feelings they have for each other. And they will be forever Mulder and Scully in our hearts

No one beats Fox Mulder and Dana Scully's chemistry it was steamy, hot and beautiful to the point that they deserve each other threw season 1 to season 9, 2 movies and 2 extra reboot seasons. And I've been their fan for when I was 5 years old. I loved them together, they are the best couple and partners I have ever seen. What does the TV series The X Files say as a logo in the main cast title for the X Files THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE.

I watched them from the beginning and think/felt they were at least friends. When I heard of the tensions and arguments they had it made me really sad. Back then my female friends wanted to find their Mulder and my male friends wanted to find their Scully. The way they look at each other and transformed into those characters, the love was real. They are amazing and I love them both. I am happy they are friends.

Still,and always, my vote for THE BEST TV series EVER !!!!

They might have a relationship, but it seems like they are friends who stir up rumors for publicity. They don't even usually live in the same country. She lives in the UK and he lives in the US. They do have great chemistry though.

I love them. I watched the show as a kid and many scenes traumatically stayed in my head but I still love it.
