Robin Hood said "you wore your grandma's shirt" to Fawkes, he was just insulting his style I think, calling it old and dusty. Also there's an app that helps you manage investing in the stock market and its called "Robin Hood" because they wanted to associate with the aesthetic of money going into the hands of people who deserve it.

Another amazing historical reference in this battle that I've gotta point out is: At the end of Robin's first verse, he says "So I'll be another Rob that you're taking the fall for" Guy Fawkes was recruited into the gunpowder plot by Robert Catesby, the organiser of the group of Puritans who wanted to blow parliament. Of course, Guy was the one caught under Parliament and Robert was safe for a while as he and the rest of the group went into hiding until Guy ratted them out That line alone put Robin Hood in the lead for the first half!
