In my town, Five Below is right beside the movie theater. Everybody goes there to load up on candy before heading to the movies.

Five Below is probably the cleanest store I have seen. You can eat off the floors. And for being filled with kids, nothing is out of place. The store I go to is over 10 years old and when you walk in it still feels brand new.
  • @turtleville288
Another reason online shopping doesn’t threaten Five Below is the teenage focus. Teens like to go out with their friends to spend their money, not just shop online. Great videos!
  • @SHADOSTRYKR
They’re basically the “impulse buy section” but a entire store of that type of item
  • @starsINSPACE
Nowadays five below is the closest thing that gives me the type of feelings I got as a kid when walking into a dedicated toy store like ToysRus. I am not the age for it, but still makes me nostalgic.

Five Below might be one of the greatest store concepts of all time . Affordable yet not dollar store depressing. Just enough life to make you wanna stay and shop.
  • @arjund.4817
Five below is such a fun store that's not crushingly depressive like the dollar stores are. I feel bad exiting a dollar store. I feel great after a 5 below
  • @CHEFPKR
It seems like they took notes from Hot Topic in the "staying relevant" part of their business
  • @nessisasquid
The Five Below stores that exist right next to movie theaters are genius.

No joke, for years before I've ever been in a Five Below I thought it was one of those fancy ice cream places like Coldstone.
  • @lordz19
I honestly didn’t know Five Below advertised to teenagers. My grandmother goes there, so I thought it was just a dollar store but better. That’s good marketing to get all those age groups in.
  • Five Below does not feel like a dollar store; it feels like a budget Target, a modern K-mart, or a fun-oriented TJ Maxx/Marshall’s. 👍 The amount of usable tech and $5 goodies is amazing. Got my best $5 GameCube controller there.
  • @onebackzach
I like Five Below, even though I wouldn't say I'm a frequent customer, because it offers a lot of the fun of browsing at a dollar store, but it doesn't have the dingy, depressing atmosphere and the items are mostly fun and interesting.

when you hit the next mile stone the video should be “company man why they’re successful”
  • @malinbarnes
Can we also talk about the shopping baskets they offer? Walking around with the little basket rolling behind you is so satisfying.
  • @britny589
as an employee, i love the place, we get a lot of freedom and the company treats us well
  • Dude I freaking LOVE Five Below. The stores are always clean, they're always adding new stuff, and the employees leave you the hell alone. The stuff is cheap, but not crap and there's so many different categories of stuff. Whenever I buy a new phone I stop at Five Below for a cheap screen protector & case to tide me over till I find a slightly better one. My bedroom is decorated in fake plants I got there and I got my comforter there too. They sell my favorite nag champa incense so I don't have to go to the hippie store in the mall to buy it. All my storage baskets are from Five Below.
  • @UmmYeahOk
I think it’s a brilliant concept. There’s not many places anymore where a kid can blow their weeks allowance. I know it’s tough learning how to save, especially an entire month for some cheap toy that’s just going to break the next day. With traditional toy stores gone, and a desire not to shop an entire Target store, including groceries with their mom, it’s good for them to have a store of their own.
  • I’m a teacher, and I love this store because I can get items I can use for educational purposes. I also get cheap charging cords for my phone
  • Their website has a pretty solid selection as well! Going in the store is THE best experience to find a lot of great product, but their online options are pretty good too. $5.95 shipping on matter how big or small the order is pretty darn good!
