Sap Sipper Azumarill has a perfect matchup against the Dragon Sceptile, being immune to both STABs and hitting super-effectively.

You might be thinking that it has Thunder Punch coverage, which might give Azumarill a little trouble. But it seems like Sceptile is greedy enough to wait patiently until it has 6 Attack and Speed boosts from Dragon Dance before it begins his assault, so Charm and Intimidate AI can help buffer the time before Sceptile actually becomes a threat, as you can see in the video with it Dragon Dancing while I've already started chipping away. The biggest threat here is getting hit by a doubled Thunder Punch at the end of one turn and a Thunder Punch to start the next, which I barely survive thanks to Arboliva's Grassy Terrain, which also halves the power of Earthquake.

+6 0 Atk Sceptile Thunder Punch vs. 0 HP / 252 Def Tera Fairy Azumarill: 171-202 (50.1 - 59.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

On the offense, Azumarill does pretty well just spamming super effective Play Roughs for massive damage and Shell Bell healing, even with the large shield. I probably could have run Defense Curl or Chilling Water over Mud-Slap to make survival even more reliable since it was just used for tera charge, but this was basically my second attempt at the fight. I might optimize a little more for Marill later, but otherwise I feel like this boss is a breeze, moreso because of the moveset Dragon Dance being its downfall, as well as it being light on resets and heavy on ineffective scripted moves and a tera steal.

Looking back I'm not sure what happened on the last turn for me to hit first, but I could have taken the Thunder Punch anyway.
