It's funny when Linus's kids aren't as excited as he is. He expects them to have the same reaction that he would have had at their age, but the difference is they've grown up around having all the latest and greatest tech while Linus did not. He's definitely done what most parents want to do and that's make their kids lives better than their own lives. Love to see it.

Just like the saying goes: "You do not hire engineers to do "artsy" job just like you wouldn't hire an artist to do the engineering job". If he wanted the room to look good he should have ask Sarah to design the RGB pattern and ask Jake and Dan to either work with him on displays or help Sara with setting all the lights up in the right places
