Security guard CAUGHT using excessive force 👀

A grown man chasing a woman after pepper spraying her to beat her??? Carlos has def got some serious mental issues.

If none of the employees intervened or reported the bizarre behavior of the guard, Arsenio was a part of it. Period.

That's not excessive force, this Rent a cop actually ASSAULTED this young women. She should press charges.

We all have bodily functions because we are all human. Anybody who denies letting someone use the bathroom is one thing spraying them with pepper spray and then beating them for asking is beyond horrifying. That's not a man. That's a coward.

After some searching; The young woman who was assaulted was homeless and asked to use the restroom. The guard showed up when someone told him a homeless person was using a restroom at the restaurant (It's unclear whether this was a patron or restaurant employee) The jackass Rent-A-Cop on a power trip showed up to get her off the property and went way overboard. The woman who recorded and posted the full video has also stated that this guard has a history of harrassing people on the property when he feels like it (Excerpt from Reddit thread.
