Stone Cold dropping the N bomb, Nelly playing running back, Terry Crews break dancing in DIRT, and Goldberg doing the robot..... This was PEAK early 2000s Sandler movies!!!!!

This movie was an excellent way for me to realize Stone Cold and Goldberg were, in fact, different people.😂
  • The fact that they put Michael Irvin, lifelong Dallas Cowboys legend, in New York Giants colors is hilarious to me.
  • Director: "Sir, not only is that not in the script, I don't recall casting you in this movie." Stone Cold: "Movie?"

Man, what gets lost in all this is the fact that Sandler looks like he can actually throw a nice ball!

An actor playing an NFL all star acting impressed by the NFL star acting as a non NFL player.
  • Watching this clip now, I just realized there was a very brief interaction that would have fit great here. Sandler asks Irvin, "so what position you play?" And Irvin just laughs it off as it cuts to the next scene of him making that catch.

Director: Stone Cold your lines were " four eyed leader". Why did you improvise? 😅😂

All the stars in this movie. Absolutely great cast and movie. Having such a wide range made this movie epic.
  • Just seeing the black inmates come and join the team after seeing what happened with Megget in the library, that’s what I call bringing in the backup! The fact they saw what they were doing to him and decided to say enough was enough and help him out and join the team. That’s what I like to see. The fact they saw how Megget got treated by the guards and was one of the only black guys on Paul’s team, they knew it was time to put in some hurting into the guards.

"Put cheese on it " is one of the most legendary lines in movie history.

This was a truly formative movie when I was growing up.

This is one of those movies I will watch every single time it’s on TV. As a 90s kid who was a fan of wrestling and the cowboys, this movie is gold for me 😂
  • I had to have watched this movie a hundred times. And after watching this clip, I want to watch it again
