I really like the idea that Batman is broken after the death of Robin in this movie. But given the storytelling we've seen so far, I don't think the guys behind this movie were smart enough to plan that out.

Also plot hole: why is superman even able to fly with the spear? First Batman takes down Superman with a little bit of kryptonite-dust, then Superman can fly around with a giant stick made of kryptonite...
