32:34 Queen to C4 actually isn't game over because you can use a spell to let your bishop jump over the king to take the queen

I love this variant so much. It allows for some crazy wacky tactics and its just awesome. Like how Eric Rosen quickly discovered that the Scandinavian Defense is just about the worst opening you could play as Black because it immediately transposes into a Botez Gambit xD

32:34 you can actually use the jump spell on the king and take the queen with the bishop and you would be fine

In the last game after Qc4 you could’ve done jump potion on the king and take the queen with the bishop

Feel like reactive spell counterplay is the way to win in this mode. In the position at 31:30, white can play queen a4 while freezing the black queen. This threatens to take the king (with a jump spell) and the black queen on h4. Black has to address the threat to his king by either moving or blocking, either of which would end up loosing a queen.

11:36 - green spell instead of freeze was mate 32:35 - not mate because you spell your king and bishop their queen haven't played yet but the green spell essentially turns pieces into the canon piece from Chinese chess, which is my fav

At 32:35 you are actually not lost, you just use the phase through spell on your own king and take their queen with the Bishop from f1

31:55 instead of moving the knight, you can freeze the queen, then pawn to b4 since you can jump potion the rook to take the queen and you win a bishop
