Hey there! Just want to clarify a couple FAQs/things that have made a few people uncomfortable: 1. I have to keep the old house and turn it into a source of income because as a YouTuber, my financial future is unpredictable. YT doesn't offer retirement packages lol.  I know the idea of one person owning 2 properties is very off-putting for many, but ultimately I have to what is best for my future and diversifying via real estate is the safest choice. Eventually, after airbnb-ing the old house has helped pay off the big house/fund repairs (because the top half of this is a fixer upper), old house will be a rental. 2: I will likely not be renewing my NYC lease, and if this house had come up 2 weeks earlier, I probably wouldn't have signed it in the first place 😅 3. There is NOTHING wrong with mortgages! I was referencing the fact that I used to be terrified of them, and apologizing for the "plot hole" in my character. But I'm so sorry for how that must've come off, because mortgages are a necessary and usually wise option most cases! haha didn't mean to sound so snobby and cringey at that part 😳 4. to those speculating about the price- you're not even close haha. It was wayyyy cheaper.

I was worried if Micarah was okay since she hadn't uploaded in a while. Little did I know she was out playing real life Monopoly.
  • Micarah is a 20 y/o girl fantasy. traveled in an RV, makes her own costumes, has a barbie car, lived in NYC, AND now has a victorian house. She's really living the dream
  • @laurel4282
Micarah regularly answers the question of “what would you buy if you, a normal person, got YouTube rich”
  • @TheRaychenator
Micarah has just been living her dream as a real life Barbie for the last few years: changing living spaces often, decorating them as she pleases, and giving tours and hosting guests while changing outfits depending on the room she wants to spend time in.

My math teacher's last name was Tewers and when I asked him if he knew you he said you were his cousin!! I was blown away and then I told him I was a big fan. He said he didnt really know how your YT channel was doing and when I told him how many followers you had a few months ago, he said: "that explains the new house she just bought". This makes so much sense now, I feel like I had privileged info lmao

Waiting for the next episode where Micarah sews all her friends Clue costumes and they play Clue for real Edit: omg I did not expect this to blow up. First time for me...lol thanks everyone! Maybe she'll see this!

the portrait of the woman in the bathroom with a bird on her shoulder is the most most micarah thing i have ever seen in my life. congrats girlie, this is huge! can't wait to see how you make it yours!!!

You are exactly the kind of person I would hope would buy a place like this. Eccentric style? Check. Child-sized Barbie in the bench in your kitchen? Check. Made a dress from the curtains of the previous owners? Check. Owns a bird? Check. Happy for you, girl! You deserve every happiness ❤🎉

This is the “uses lipgloss found on the ground” to “lives in Victorian mansion” pipeline we all knew Micarah was a part of.

I am so happy finally a house like this went to someone who loves it for what it is and doesn't try to remodel the inside to make it "modern"
  • @ItsKaylaHilemon
thred up charging $16 , $28, and $11 for cider & shein is criminal
  • It makes me always so jolly to see when a historic house is owned by someone who can truly appreciate it’s value! Being in your hands, I believe, it will continue to be protected from the neglect many others suffer. I’ll be excited for the progress you’ll archive decorating a house with this bones, ceiling heights, chandeliers, fireplaces…
  • Micarah, I beg of you, please take us through your whole renovation/redecoration journey. Your RV makeover videos are my comfort watches and I'd absolutely love to see it again on a bigger scale.

It’s pretty surreal to tell my mother in law that that beautiful Victorian house she lived down the street from growing up is now owned by a YouTuber that I know..
  • It’s so wonderful to watch a content creator who is the definition of a good person have this much success. She deserves all of it and more. Did anyone have a split second thought that Micarah might paint the whole house pink?

I too bought the victorian mansion of my dreams this year and, incredibly, had a similar amazing coincidence with the tiles around my fireplace!! There's some imagery on them that is personally meaningful to me, and when I was touring the house, the first time I saw them was the moment when I knew, "Oh shit, this is my house." And then I've been wandering around having the "I can't believe I live here" reaction too. :) Congratulations on moving!!!
  • Honestly I respect Micharah so much. She is doing what she wants how she wants it, and I respect her for that. I like that I can live vicariously through her, as I want one day to be a fabulous woman with fun and fancy cloths living in an old mansion. Maybe someday

Having a secret stair/room behind a bookshelf is a lifelong dream of mine. I'm happy for Micarah that she gets to live there, the house seems to suit her well!
  • @allisonford4052
I love this because Micarah will actually keep the antique wallpaper that so many people would tear out
