We started with Willem Dafoe and ended with Willem Dafriend.
-
Pedro: ‘You know, I’m something of an actor myself’.
-
I love how Willem addresses the entire audience as well as Pedro its like he's telling a story to a group of young students
-
Pascal is a great interviewer, and Dafoe is so easy to interview. The whole thing is like a genuine conversation
-
Dafoe's pure adoration and appreciation of the art is wholesome and inspiring.
-
the fact that Willem never got an oscar just shows how " credible " the oscars are! one of the best actors that ever lived.
-
He is the literal definition of "looks could kill but is an actual cinnamon roll", incredible artist.
-
“Hey Pedro.” “Hi Willem.” They sounded like two ex’s that haven’t seen each other in years.
-
Willem Dafoe played Jesus Christ AND The Green Goblin.
-
I love how he actually like, talks to the audience.
-
NOTICE....he makes direct eye contact with every single person....Pedro and every person in the audience. He connects personally with everyone. That is his stage presence coming out, and there's no one better.
-
I really feel like this is just Pedro Pascal soaking up as much information as possible in a acting lesson and we're just watching it happen.
-
Pedro is a fantastic interviewer.. He really listens and encourages...its an art. Hes even reigned in his ..chaming manic energy to allow the focus to remain on Willem. Love it...Willem Dafoe is amazing ofcourse .
-
The way Willem engages the audience when he's speaking... that alone blows my mind. The man is a true legend!
-
Pedro introduced Willem as if he was about to hand him a Nobel peace prize.
-
Pedro wasn't alone being so moved by Willem's performance in Platoon. I never bawled so hard in my life, let alone in public, his performance was that powerful.
-
I came for Pedro Pascal, I stayed for Willem Dafoe. What a joy of a man, really down to earth and seems like he does what he does because he truly loves acting, not for money or awards or anything else. Wish there were more like him, that's part of what makes movies so special c

I think Willem Dafoe, more than any other actor I've seen interviews of, is really geniune and gives you an open door to a glimpse of what his thought process is and what he's trying to accomplish as an actor. Very few artists show the kind of openness and vulnerability that he does.

I came here for Pedro and left with a true admiration for Willem’s work. He melts into these characters to the point I forgot he played them. He also has a real love for the art of it all.

Pedro's voice is so very alluring. He's top notch as an interviewer, as well as an actor. We are smitten. ❤
