Another way to avoid burn marks is to tape off the surface with painter's tape before the burn or if you do a lot of stuff or anything large, get a cold lamnator (just a roller really), they're fairly cheap- that's the best way I've found to totally eliminate burns. Love this stuff- nice vid!

How to make money with a laser cutter? Sell the design files. Craft fairs are saturated with laser engraving and cut stuff where I live.

I have a 100W CO2 Laser and made a lot of stuff but i didnt start to sell the stuff yet

Great video as usual. One thing if I may. in your estimate of time, 2 things that aren't being taken into account. 1. designing and getting the file ready for engraving. And 2. While items are being engraved, you can use that time to be designing other things and earning more money. Whether it is files to be sold or files to be used.

Maybe you could share some thoughts which bring the machine time and your personal time into the pricing calculation?
