At 11:31 Quanell X is also CONFIRMING that Brittany was home with Maleah. Her story falls apart because it was widely known that Maleah had been sick and wasn't going to daycare. QX's "Snapped and retaliated" theory is laughable since his claim is that Derion snapped in retaliation for Brittany threatening to leave him, as well as her having the potential to "expose a secret" of his regarding his sexuality. Even if the texting to a male was true, there is no logic in "retaliating" for something that hasn't occurred yet. Brittany hadn't exposed anything at that point, nor had she actually ended the relationship. Quanell X's fake motive however, hinges on the homosexual aspect of his story since there remains nothing one might feel is particularly damaging, if word got out that Derion was texting another woman. My primary purpose in illuminating the setup of Derion is because I believe Brittany will not face any charges at all outside of being charged (and rightfully) in the murder of Maleah. Neglect and endangerment are nonexistent possibilities since I am 99.9999% sure Derion never touched Maleah in that manner.
