Hi Miko — I’m starting to plan a move from Paris to Geneva, for a job at an international public health organization, so my wife and I have been watching a lot of your videos and love your content. Though I must say, this video does make the cost of it all sound rather daunting!

Is it a good idea to sublease from someone or take over a lease? Additionally, I've also noticed cheap apartment rentals on facebook groups, less than 2K CHF per month, in the city center. Is this something legit or should I be suspicious about these kind of deals?
