Are we just gonna ignore how bro straight up tore down and rebuilt the whole house by himself- I mean every wall, every plank, every shingle. It was all replaced..by one dude.

Construction, roofing, electrical, plumping, carpentry, masonry, tile, flooring , and landscaping! This wife is blessed! Lord, send me a husband with skills and talent like this man. He is a true DIY man. I would have been right there with continual praise, massages, hot baths, slamming meals, and starting all the seeds for the landscaping and veggie and fruit garden. Teamwork baby, of course, he had the hard part. God bless yall!

In the beginning, I thought "Oh, he's a carpenter/framer/roofer and/or structural engineer. Whew!" Then I thought "Hot dang, he's got an electrician's background too!" Then came the drywall, the plumbing, the HVAC, the tiling, the flooring, the cabinet-making, the masonry, the landscaping! That's A LOT of skills! I'm beyond impressed at the level of accomplishment this represents for a single individual. Gobsmacked! Did anyone else notice that little pattern woopsie on the shower floor? 100% subbing this channel!
  • I have watched a ton of these renovation videos but no one has come as close to this guy. rebuilding the house from studs by himself, even the truces. It was cool to watch.
  • I would've loved if you did a final breakdown on how much you paid for the house, total costs to renovate, and what you are pricing it for/sold it for!! But overall, job well done its gorgeous!!!

I was once asked at work what I would be doing if money was not an issue... well this would be it. I have so many tools and when I work on something, that is all the therapy I need. Thanks for bringing this house back from the dead and showing us what you did.

What a damn beast! Built the entire house from almost ruins down to a beautiful renovated house almost all by yourself. DAMN.
  • @ifiwooddesigns
You are a f’n beast. You almost single-handedly rebuilt that whole house by yourself and restored it from a dump to complete renovation. Were you originally a builder? Loved this time lapse and always looked forward to your episodes. I’d be honored to purchase a Mr. Build-It t-shirt and help you out in some way. You live to far for me to come and help out a week so that’s about as much as I can do. Hope you purchase another dump and see another renovation. Keep up the great work chief! P.S. love all the build videos from Perkins, RR and others. Can’t believe you rehabbed a house in deplorable conditions quicker than the Stud Pack, with 3 guys, in less time. Simply amazing!!!

Your perseverance is insane! I’ve watched this process since the first walkthrough when you showed your wife and kids the vision and plans you had for this home. I have to admit that I couldn’t “see” it then. Your tradesman skills are truly impressive, and you’ve created something really beautiful from the rubble. Amazing work!

Alex this has been a joy to watch! You took something most would bulldoze over and restored it to life. Someone will be able to enjoy it and the neighborhood benefits.
  • Man you work hard! I hope your wife appreciates you. Your house looks awesome. It's interesting to see someone do things right and give quality work. Congrats to you. I hope you make lots of money from your efforts.
  • @warrenhol
I hope you do this again! Great series. Although, I'm intrigued by the total cost of the project.
  • @Mr.Ambition
This man can really do it all props to you brother mad respect!!
  • I am blown away. I want to live in that beautiful, extremely well built house. You are one meticulous, very talented, extremely hardworking man! Wow! Whoever did the filming and editing is awesome! I loved the time-lapse video. I can't believe you are selling it! Never in my life have I seen someone do this level of work to a home that wasn't going to live in it. Amazing job! You do everything very well and so thoroughly, and that is impressive. Have a beautiful, blessed day. 🙏
  • @Snowisa
What a brilliant video. I cannot believe you done practically all that on your own! Absolutely stunning. Well done you 👏👏👏
  • @ARR-z1q
