"No Mission Too Difficult. No Sacrifice Too Great. DUTY FIRST!" RIP TUNNER
  • @MATERHATER37
idc what anyone says. the original mw trilogy will always be the saddest when it comes to deaths. your so attached to the story vs newer games
  • @leftintheoxafire
Choosing to let Harper Live or Die to keep your cover under Menendez is one of the most nail-biting choices in COD history.

Ghost, Roach, Soap, Sandman, Grinch Truck, Mason, Woods, Harper, Elias, Cormack, Kane, Reyes, Ethan, Turner, Farah's Father, Polina's Father, and Soap (Reboot).

Ghost:Nooo Soap: Makarov knows Yuri Woods:You cant kill me. Last words
  • @_.echo._
Rest in piece Soap. He was my favorite character. I made an oath to myself to always use Soap in CoD.
  • @Caynesss
I decided to make my list: MW series is the saddest, Black Ops is the most brutal, and WW2 is the most beautiful!

Sandman, Grinch and Truck will always have the baddest way to die for me. They're literally 3 vs all standing without cover and Sandman only had a pistol left.
  • @jakkstarr
When I was a kid, my parents never let me have COD, so the first death I ever experienced was Will Irons, and to this day it hurts me
  • @HIGHSC0RE10
The death of soap in the OG mw3 with captain price yelling no is the literal definition of best acting
  • @user-sl7ls4tg9y
It's sad to see the greatest men die in your control or in your eyes "No sacrifice too great" that though hits hard.
  • I honestly feel like Makarov's death is sad. Once we kill him, everything is finished. Almost everyone Price knows is dead so... now what?
  • @PexTrains
i dont know how i have to feel about soap dying in prague, which is a capital of my country, so im honored that they interpreted it in the game, but on the other side, one of the most important characters of the trilogy died here..
  • @JmiMakaya
The music at the end of the old MW3 just hits.
  • @R-R_Playz
I loved Ghost. He was my favourite character of all time. I can not explain my sadness with my depression.
  • I was 10 when I saw that betrayal scene in mw2. Seeing it fucked with my head big time. I was literally silent and shocked to see this.

The og Modern Warfare trilogy was so good at capturing the essence of war because it's just so sad. At the end of the trilogy, everyone is dead. Makarov, Ghost, Soap, Gaz, Roach, Shepard and if you really think about it, possibly even Price. In no other cod series/game do so many main characters die and it be canon. In Black Ops 2 you can avoid pretty much every death so it's not "canon". Thanks for reading i guess
  • @Caynesss
The death of Ghost in the second part is the saddest for me, and, unfortunately, no other part brought me to tears.
  • @Xlxxlegendz
AW and Ghosts were seriously underrated games, and people are finally realising that, especially with the shit cod is making these days
