“You’re picking all of this up so fast, so congrats. This is the final place you’ll ever dwell.” Is so menacing but it’s as if he believes boyfriend could gain victory. Also, “Some say there’s just darkness, some SAY more. Nobody truly knows what’s in store.” Vocals are so good here and boyfriends vocals there “I’ve escaped from the void before, now I know I can win the war.” IS SO GOOD

This has to be the most epic cover that you have ever done. I honestly love the fact hat somewhere in the beginning, it comes back flashbacks from the old Defeat, really shows that you guys went on all out this. Kudos to Black’s voice actor btw. He sounds like an actual murderer.

Bro I love the lyrics and the lore of this version of defeat. The art style is beautiful, the lyrics fit well and the part where all the ghosts of past imposters are appearing next to Black and trying to convince him that it should be his time to rest, but Black has gotten so used to becoming the imposter that he just can't stop anymore or at least that's what I think is happening

This is really good, theres so much lore! My favorite part is probably the last 5 lines from both characters though, especially the lines "so now you chase down more like me" from bf and "i am the beginning's hunter" from Black
